FOUNDER

Before being called into the ministry, Jeremy had a successful banking career for ten years working as a commercial lender and mortgage sales manager. In 2007, Jeremy accepted God’s calling into ministry. Jeremy has served as the executive pastor at two churches and as a training specialist over multiple districts. In 2014, Jeremy founded Church Coach Ministries with the goal to help train and strengthen existing churches. Jeremy specializes in coaching churches all over the country in four different areas, including assimilation training, stewardship training, capital campaigns, and build-out design. Jeremy is always amazed to see his business background used by God for His higher purposes.

DIRECTOR

I love working for the Lord in all the different capacities He has for me as the Director of CCM. As I’ve journeyed through life I believe He has given me a little Swiss-army knife of various skills that come in handy at different times, and of course there are the ones He’s still teaching me. No two projects are ever alike and I’m constantly in awe of watching Him reveal, work, and amaze throughout the journeys we take with different churches, organizations, and people!

LEAD PROJECT DIRECTOR

With degrees in finance and economics, Tim spent 10 years in corporate finance as Vice-President of FP&A for a publicly traded real estate investment trust. Deciding to take his skills down the entrepreneurial path, he spent the next 14 years opening several successful real estate brokerages throughout Texas. After experiencing Church Coach Ministries personally as Campaign Director for his Church’s capital campaign, Tim was impressed by the unique approach CCM had developed. It was an answer to Tim’s long-standing prayer of finding where God wanted him that combined his passion for ministry and the opportunity to utilize his business skills for the glory of God.

LEAD MINISTRY COACH

A Hawaiian resident, Scott has immense passion for helping churches and people understand finances with a true Kingdom mindset. Knowing what it looks like for people to be preyed upon, Scott chooses to pray upon issues discovering “common – unity.” One of his giftings is to empower people by taking them from a borrower’s mindset to that of a lender’s—a journey called Pawn to King. Scott’s desire is to help folks break the fear-based bonds of money and live freely in authority as successful stewards of Christ over their own finances. Scott lives and breathes aloha, imparting the love of Jesus in everything he does.

ASSIMILATION TEAM LEADER

John has led church worship teams his entire adult life. In recent years, his passion for an effective growing church has led to overseeing the church’s Connection Team. After experiencing CCM’s Assimilation Training and seeing it transform their ministry, he’s excited to help other churches experience that same change that leads to effectiveness and growth.

LEAD MINISTRY COACH

Jonas Perez serves both Spanish and English speaking ministries and churches. Originally from Venezuela, Jonas moved with his family to North Carolina in 1996 to plant Spanish Speaking churches and reach multi-housing communities with the Gospel. Since completing his Masters in Divinity, he has served in various positions at churches and the Association Ministry. Jonas is an architect, church organist, and teaches Spanish at the college and high school levels. Jonas is always eager to learn and use his gifts to bring Christians closer to the Lord and witness to those that need Jesus in their lives. Prayer and worship are his passion and he enjoys strengthening churches and helping them catch God’s unique vision within their communities.

PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEOGRAPHER/WEBSITE DESIGNER

A Florida-based Commercial Photographer - Growing up, he dabbled in photography and filmmaking as a hobby, creating photos and videos for friends and colleagues. His passion grew exponentially for creating photos and videos. He now works on refining his craft, and have continued to work on different projects with brands, resorts, and individuals around the globe.

Nowadays his goal is to create content that inspires people to explore, learn, and create. With engaging content, he showcases people, products, places, and emotions that display the great possibilities that are out there.

FILMMAKER & MIXED MEDIA

Josh has spent decades in media production, design and software. He worked for several years with well-known atheist Richard Dawkins, and later came to faith in Jesus Christ. After promoting atheism for many years, Josh is excited to use his skills to build God’s kingdom and reach those who might also have been misled into an atheistic worldview.

FILM & MEDIA PRODUCER

Maureen began her career in the film industry working for a bustling production company in Hollywood. She oversaw all foreign & domestic distribution services and marketing campaigns, which included trailers, press materials, EPKs and posters. She went on to become the in-house Post-Production Producer for over 50 feature films. Today she lives in Central Texas with her husband, daughter, and a whole slew of farm animals. Maureen is passionate about using her film background to help churches tell their story and be the light in their communities.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Connor is a graphic designer based out of Ohio. Creating art has been a passion of his since he was a child. Throughout high school, Connor began to direct his artistic skills toward graphic design. He started out designing logos, flyers, and posters for friends and family. Connor continues his craft by helping business, churches, and organizations improve their brand and messaging by providing designs to help elevate their vision and mission
